Ingoma Quartet

Piano, Uhadi, Flute, Guitar
Pianist and multi-instrumentalist from Johannesburg, South Africa. Studies in African classical music and jazz piano at University of Cape Town. Since then he has played with many world renowned South African artists. Mzwakhe now lives in Sweden and is pursueing his career as an international jazz artist.

Tenor and Soprano saxes, Flute, Ewi
Jazz saxophonist from Öland, Sweden. Now working in Stockholm with big bands and bands with influences from Africa and Latin America.

Upright bass and Electric bass
Born i Paris with roots from Martinique in the Caribbean. Started as a kid with funk and rock on the electric bass, later moving on to playing jazz on the upright bass. Studied with Jeff Berlin at Players School of Music in USA. Developing playing the upright bass, he participated in lots of events with established musicians in Paris, London and Copenhagen. Now based in Stockholm.

Drums
Drummer with roots in blues and jazz as well as in African music. Studied at the Music Academy in Stockholm and has since then been playing both in Sweden and internationally. Now working and recording in his own studio just outside of Stockholm.
